8lb flywheel
remember that when talkinga bout 1lb or less than 1lb where the amterial is removed is mroe important than the outright weight of the flywheel. id rather have an 11lb wheel that has no mass on the outer edge than a 8lb one that has all its weight on the outer edge.

Harder then a FWD honda. I have done 3-4 FWD on the ground and its not that bad, I wont be trying the S though. 300-400 labor is well worth not having a headache.
BTW, are you on Team-integra? I've seen this username over there

My concern is/was really being able to get the car up high enough and having enough room to work/maneuver underneath.Nope, I'm not on any team, and actually got rid of my integra a while ago. It's just a carry over SN from honda-tech.

Has anyone changed the clutch on an s2k in their garage? I've changed the clutch in numerous FWD hondas, so I'm thinking the s2k shouldn't be much harder if any harder. Anyone done it care to comment?
I wonder if an AP2 would feel a good deal more "peppy" if it just had the AP1 flywheel vs. the much heavier AP2 flywheel.

On a lift you could probably knock it out in 3hrs or so. Doing it in your garage is of course going to take a bit longer. I would strongly suggest having someone help you though. The transmission isnt overly heavy but it is rather cumbersome and there is not much room to manuever it. Its easier to remove/re-install it with two people. Follow the DIY and you should be fine.
I put the AP1 flywheel in mine and yes it does feel a good bit more peppy than with the heavier AP2 flywheel. Probably the best thing I have done to the car
