Default DME Engine Torque Damper

Hi!

I recently got a DME ETD

It looks like this:

Ok, looks cool, but the main problem is that it comes without installation instructions.. (i know it should be quite straightforward.. but...)

basically the installation of the heatshield is no problem, the big piece over the strut is also no problem (but does anyone knows the torque value of the nuts?).

The problem is that I am not sure where to fix the ETD to the engine.. the mount is the small black piece (over the ETD in the picture) but where should I fix it? which torque? I am a bit concerned because of fixing things to the alu motor block so I want to be sure that I am doing it right.

Additionally.. the ETD comes with a set of rubber and a set of urethane bushings.. how do I know which is which? inside of the ETD there are two red bushings and the ETD comes with two black bushings (second bag in the picture starting from the top)....

Tnx!

Thanks

It seems all those ETD are quite standard with really small variations

Ok, the ETD mount is fixed on the engine side inside the engine lifting bolt next to the VTEC solenoid. I also found out that the red bushing is the stiffest one and the black one is the softest one (seemed obvious.. but who knows...)

But I am still not sure about the torque values of the stud bolts (49Nm?) and the torque values of the allen bolt attached to the engine block... anyone?

I don't know the answer but I would think torque value would be approx. the same for any bolt entering the aluminum block. Consider using the same torque as a head bolt.
