I too have the NRG.... This is my second set...The first was the NRG Carbon Fiber 1/2 pressure... Then I went to the NRG Stainless, more or less, just for the "Looks".....

If I were to purchase again... I think I would have to go with the "SOS"...That 2-bolt design on the hood damper mount is awesome.....

I have the PWJDM intake, and have been considering hood dampers. However, I've found that the OEM hood prop still works perfectly fine. You just have to keep it stored somewhere when you're not using it to prop the hood (trunk, shelf, etc.).

That said, I would probably place an order today for the SOS kit if there was a group buy.

BTW, all the hood struts look like they would be in the way while performing a valve adjustment.

I would do a group buy as well. Maybe with overwhelming pressure, we can convince them to do a group buy. Saw a set locally this past weekend, def the nicest out there!

Haha, look what I started by mentioning group buy.

Hopefully it'll be the same as the previous GB price. Make it happen!

Definitely interested in a GB on the SOS kit. I am going to be purchasing a set in the next few weeks before I order my SC kit.

By popular request, we're offering a group buy on the last 10 sets we have in stock:

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...f=184&t=772322

This sale is limited to the 10 we have on hand, as the next batch in production have incurred several cost increases due to stainless steel rising in price. To get this price, you must call us, or place the order online (see the link above for details).

These will be featured in the next issue of Modified Magazine.

take care,
-- Chris
