Just make sure you get your valves adjusted. There's a TSB regarding it

You should be able to find a low mileage oem used cat for around $100 USD. It will not perform any less than a new $1200 unit from Honda. Its made from stainless, so it wont be all rusted.
There is simply no reason to get a new, overpriced Honda unit.
