Default S2000 Window Trim Replacement

I've just finished washing the car and noticed after 20 years, the weather has perished the rubber weather trim on the drivers side (UK). It's splitting away.

I've only just seen this and had a quick glance on eBay, genuine ones look as through the circle about £90ish. If I'm even looking at the right thing.

Before I buy the parts and attempt to replace it. Has anyone done this before? Is it a case of a simple swap, or has the door card got to come off and other bits?

Easy fix.

Some tips:
1) The material of the replacements was a bit different than my original AP1 pieces.
2) When removing the old pieces, be careful of the plastic clips breaking off. They will fall to the inside bottom of the door and can potentially block off drainage.
3) There is a DIY here somewhere for replacing these pieces.

Superb, thank you for that. I'll have a good read through it all before I make a start.
