First of all the results for our amazingly cool weather show-down at Buttonwillow, allowing drivers to drop ultra-fast times deep into the afternoon.
Street class came out in force with 8(!) drivers was lead with Sohan Kota coming down from Oakland again to drop a smoking fast 2:00.912 wingless. 2nd place was grabbed by Yukion Kishimoto in essentially a stock class car with tires on it with a 2:05.057. 3rd was grabbed by Sean Conboy with a 2:05.275 snagging his first podium this year!. 4th went to returning driver Albert Castro with a 2:06.123 after a long hiatus. 5th went to Ryan Lafontaine with a 2:06.726. 6th went to Ethan Taylor with a 2:11.549, 7th went to Tom Sera with a 2:20.978 and 8th went to Andre Fernandez 2:24.15
Mod Class had only 3 drivers for the final event. 1st place honors went to Ryan Delgrosso with a 1:59.893 followed by Cevin Burke with a 2:02.225 and snagging his first ever podium was Adan Calderon with a 2:13.312
Supermod had quite a battle with Min Kang catching top honors with a 1:58.380 followed by returning veteran Dylan Hug with a 1:58.397 (yep that is 17 thousandths!!) with Norman Kung grabbing 3rd with a 2:04.180

Here's my fast lap if anyone wants to see it! It's pretty boring... but the full session video is linked in the description and in there you can see how I badly botch my first flying lap haha. And I also botch every lap after the fast one, too.
per the rules, only session 2 and 3 count for competition. but congrats on the new PB!
It's been a long time. I didn't realize session 4 no longer counted.

Very nice. Exciting with drama is usually slow. Boring and smooth is fast (or really slow). BTW, AP1 gearing is nice, far less shifting going on, especially at key areas like riverside into phil-hill and less down shifting in all of the heavy braking zones.
