Default Removing Paint from Ankeny Sway Bar

I started to install my Ankeny front sway bar and one of the steps describes removing the paint from the area where the urethane bushings meet the bar.

I was thinking of taping off the area and using acetone to remove the paint. Is there a better/recommended method to remove the paint from this area?

Thanks

Guy responded awesomely fast to my e-mail and recommended using brake cleaner to remove the paint easily.

Thanks

Thanks, I ended up using brake cleaner and a Dremel with a wire brush attachment and it worked pretty well. I started by lightly scraping some paint off with a razor blade too, that seemed to help things along.
