My local co-driver is a tech, so I'll get him to put it on a lift and see what we find under there.
Quick update:
Got it on an alignment rack and inspected for any mounts separating and all was good. We then worked on the alignment and with a second person, we got -1.8 on the front left side. I'm going to see how it does at a test and tune that's on concrete and see how it behaves before doing anyhing else.

My car is starting to get on the upper side of 70+K miles, so it is time to freshen things up under there.

Thanks to all that shared their info regarding front left camber.

my 01 with 89k was the opposite, -2.2 out of the left front and -1.9 or of the right... so I had them both set to -1.9

You know you can equalize your camber settings by shifting the front sub frame. Just loosen the subframe bolts and use a pry bar to move it around on the alignment rack.

Very nice! I've seen several S2000's and all of them struggled getting much camber on the front left in comparison to the front right.

Oh really?!?!! I can get tons of camber on the right side. It would be nice to use some of that on the left. I can't wait to share that with my co-driver. Thanks for the tip!

I did this very thing to get my camber as close to the same on both sides. Previous owner probably curbed my car because i was out by a lot though, 1.2 on left 2.2 on right. Now i am balanced about 1.7 and 1.8. Ask if the alignment shop is willing to do it before they get it on the rack. You will be surprised how many people do not want to go to this effort.

If you are within 0.2 from one side to the other, it is probably difficult to shift the subframe exactly 0.1 to get them both the same. If your car is older and has high miles or a couple seasons of autocross on the LCA's, replace them so you are not chasing bushing wear.

So, not only did he call me back he verified that they are 17lbs!!!. I decided to order a set at $209 shipped each plus there was a $50 instant rebate as part of some promotion. Tom O'grady at Discount Tire was very helpful and if you want to order some wheels he can be reached at 1800-589-6789 extension 51879.
Did you receive these yet? I'm really curious about the actual weight.

Was the salesman saying what you wanted to hear to make the sale? Or are they really 17 lbs?

I confirmed they are 17lbs each. Installed them today.

I am glad I ordered them when I did as I heard the matte gunmetal is sold out! It isn't a matte black but more of matte grey.

Those look good. I wasn't sure how they would have looked on the S, but they look good, I like em.
