The OP was asking about a Stoptech rear BBK. The link you provided is for the front BBK I believe. The front uses different calipers and rotors.

The OP was asking how a front Stoptech BBK would match with the SBG rear RX8 conversion kit. Because the front 328mm Stoptech kit keeps roughly the same brake bias the answer to his question is that the bias would shift rearward quite a bit.

Here is a link to the brake bias change w/ different setups:
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/s2000-ra.../#post24024078

Code:
OEM F / OEM R: 65.7% Front Bias
OEM F / Sakebomb R: 56.4% Front Bias
ST40 F / OEM R: 69.1% Front Bias
ST40 F / Sakebomb R: 60.2% Front Bias

Thanks for clarifying; I misread and thought he was asking how the SBG and Stoptech rear kits compared.

I think the bias moves to the rear more than the numbers you provided show. The relative change in your numbers is 9% to the rear and mine show 12% to the rear. Regardless, it's a big shift to the rear and probably not a good match unless he plays around with different pad materials front/rear.

I have this kit on my car paired with the old 3R Wilwood front BBK designed for autocross. When I put this kit on the rear I changed out my front calipers for the same forged Dynalites but with larger pistons. Went from 3.0 in^2 piston area per caliper to 4.8, both with a 310mm front rotor(slightly smaller than the sbg rear rotor).

At autocross with HPS pads front and rear it is awesome. With the smaller-pistoned front calipers and stock rears I had HPS front HP+ rear and it felt somewhat similar.

On track with DTC60 front and DTC30 rear it felt good but maybe a little too much rear bias. I'm going to try out the HPS on the rear with the DTC60 front and see how that goes. Ultimately, I think I need a less aggressive front pad so that might pair up well with the street rear pads. I usually have ducting on front and rear for the track.

I've never had any sort of noise from the rear in my car going forward or reverse. I was worried about that after I read the first writeup but I've been surprised how issue-free this kit is.

I had an issue during installation on my 2008 with the drivers side inner ebrake cable relocation brackets, the shape of the OEM bracket on my car was a little different than what the kit was designed for and the part that is curved to hold the bracket in place didn't fit around. SBG is local to me, so I went in and they found that the passenger's inner bracket flipped around worked just fine. So if you have a later car, make sure you let them know when you order.
