I would (and do) run stock rather than install a roll bar that is not a safety upgrade. Either buy another car, find another track/org, or install something that is actually safe and functional. It's your life, of course, but I hope you explain to any instructors/passengers that the bar is for looks only. Especially if it is the anchor point for your harnesses!
