Not in the real world when things like driveline loss and gearing come into play.
Driveline loss and gearing have no effect on the relationship between horsepower & torque. HP will always be equal to torque * RPM / 5252.

To be relevant, you should find a 993 and 996 and run them on the same dyno. Also, a 96 with Varioram will have higher peak HP and torque than a non-Varioam 95.
