15 Hours in an S2000=Suicide!
in the next few months I'll be doing some long road trips.. going to swap out my Explorer for my S2000 in the middle of August(I'm in San Diego and my wife has the S2000 in Seattle) so I'll be driving the 1300 miles on that trip.. then I'll be driving from San Diego in the end of September to Bath Maine, a 3100 mile drive.. should be an interesting road trip.. don't know if I'm going to take side roads or the major freeways on the way to Maine though...

Speaking of, if you have time the back roads of Maine are beautiful (I've never driven to Bath but I have driven to Bar Harbor) & I would definately do that. Of course, we're talking about a longer trip that way.
Either way, enjoy it!
I bought my car in Portland, OR and drove to Sacramento, CA took 2 days, stopped at friends house in Santa Rosa, Ca. I have lower back trouble and my other ride (Lexus SC300) has inflatable lumbar support which I need to use all the time ormy sensitive back hurts.... ouch, sob sob sob.
Driving the S2000 over 1000 mi. was more comfortable and more supportive than the Lexus! AND the Honda has no inflatable lumbar.... oh how I dont miss that inflation! hehehe
The seats in the s2000 are very supportive more than I could have imagined. AND 1000 mi. trip down the coast was a great way to get to know the Honda too.....

It was tough after about 9 to 10 hours. Then it just got down right uncomfortable. Especially the lack of lumbar support in the S2000's seats. It was fun up until then though.
