2.2L Engine swap
If you buy an 00-01 ecu and it comes with a key, will you be able to just plug and play? Do you have to use one of your keys? Couldn't you just take out the chip from your key, then tape the 00-01 key to it?

I'm still interested in the ECU swap. It seems to be reasonable and a great mod for the money.
I want to err on the side of caution, i.e. rich, to lessen the chance of blowing the engine. So, would a VFAC be at all helpful for more advanced tuning, or is it a waste of money with the 01 ECU on an AP2?
