I'd also be interested to see this graph.

I don't think getting your hands on a JDM AP2 cluster will be easy.
But if one were to be able to pick up a jdm s2000 cluster from an 04-05 would it be plug and play?

An ap1 cluster will plug right in to an ap2, there is hard wiring involved. The ap2 cluster has 2 connectors and the ap1 has 4. not to mention the clock and temperature.

This is my dyno of my old F20 vs. my new F22 with the same mods.
Mods: AEM V2 Intake, T1R Test Pipe, Spugen Single Exhaust and dyno tuned VAFC2

Anybody know if an AP1 cluster is plug-n-play in an AP2 or vise versa?? Maybe the dash wiring part#s will shed some light.
I think Modifry might have some info about this.

it seems strange that the ap1 looks like it's losing power near 9000.

not strange really..... max power on a stock AP1 is at 8300rpm per honda.

after that it drops off...just like any other car....
