Did some yahoo searches on it and have a few questions. Is the Laguna Blue coming to America, or is that just Europe still? What is Drive-by-wire(in English)? What difference does Throttle System and Vehicle Stability Assisst make? Also, it says revised seat and console... looks pretty much the same to me. When do new models usually hit floors?

It's actually not a "wire" or "cable" at all. It's electronic throttle control. A computer takes the place of the conventional mechanical connection.
