I got 2 rock "stars" put into my windshield within the first 10k miles. One of them came from an SUV that was no less than 7-8 car lengths ahead of me, but still spit one out on a line drive into my windshield. The other was from a semi that I was probably too close to, but didn't have much of a choice at the time. Both were repairable and my insurance covers repairs for free.
