auto dimming rear view mirror?

I am very interested in installing one of these NVS mirrors on my car. I contacted the company and they said they make a special bracket for the Accord and Odyssey. This bracket attaches to the existing Honda bracket and then their mirror attaches to it. Otherwise you have to use their "button kit" which glues to the w/s AFTER you have removed the existing Honda bracket from the w/s.

2. Does the Accord or Odyssey mirror mount similarly to the S2000?
3. What is involved in ungluing the existing bracket from the w/s?

Okay, bringing this back to life, I am just about done with my auto dimming mirror installation. Purchased Gentex GEN-K2 (which is a little smaller that the GEN-K2A). The pluses, minuses and a couple of how tos:
Plus - auto dim, no more getting blinded. My Subaru has it and I like it.
Minus - mirror is a little bigger than the stock mirror.
How to - was mostly concerned about cracking the windshield trying to get the OEM button off. So I decided not to use the "heat the button and twist it off approach". Instead I put the defroster on high (warm) for about 10 minutes and hit the button from the outside with a blow dryer for about 5 minutes. Once it was warm, I started working around the button with a couple of razor blades. Took about 5 minutes to get it off. Did this in my garage in about 30 degree weather.
Using the wiring harness that came with the mirror I cut the ground wire and grounded to the screw holding in the map light/interior light housing (where the map lights are grounded, too) and ran the positive lead down the pillar to the fuse box.
Waiting for the button glue to dry and we'll put the mirror on.

The finished product. Power tapped into spade that gets power when lights are on figuring that I only need dimming at night and because my seat heaters (a.k.a. heat seaters) and radar detector are getting power from the ignition controlled spade.

when I bought my car it had a Honda Pilot audo dimmer mirror on it, but it wasn't wired up. I swapped back to a manual mirror rather than try to wire it up. Some auto dimmers work great but some don't , if you have one that works well they are cool, if you have one that doesn't work they way you want a manual one can be more effective.
