Put it on the bottom, and make sure they put a car cover that you own on it.

some of these guys are brokers so be careful out there. there's some transporters that can ship only your car in an enclosed trailer but it's not cheap.

I was told that I wasn't allowed to ship with a car cover on. The car cover can come off to easily if unlocked and would create too much trouble to remove and replace when the car is taken on and off to make place for other cars. Otherwise this would be a perfect solution.

I shipped my S2K from NY to Vegas with Dependable Auto Shippers. On top, enclosed trailer. I think I paid about $1300 two years ago. The car arrived on time and in the same condition I left it in. They don't ship convertibles bottom loaded in case something on top leaks oil or other fluid. No covers either.

Just purchased 03 s2k from honda dealer in MA...costing me 1250 to ship. They use Diversified auto shippers and the guy told me that he trusts them. Hes used that comapny for over 2 years without any problem. I guess I'll have to wait and see! Hope for the best!

Good Luck! I am shipping from Massachusetts also, with Hilton Auto Transport. Do you know if your car is being shipped on the top or bottom and with used or new cars ony? I hope things work out equally well for both of us.

I'm paying $1125 through a shipping broker. It has been a pain getting the shipping truck though because the truckers keep cancelling.
