just installed FIPK...my car actually feels slower between 4500-6000 RPM, and above 8000. it does sound good though. unfortunately this tank of gas isn't gonna last very long, because i've been driving around at WOT a lot....

Ive had the K&N FIPK and although it sounded nice and had the heat shield, it would cause heat bog on a hot day. I switch to the spoon style snorkle along with a K&N filter and am completely happy with it. No heat bog and notice much better throttle response, especially at highway speeds.

I've experienced the opposite, I have the FIPK and it eliminated any heat bog that the stock airbox caused. But this is paired with the AUT cooling plate... with both the airbox and FIPK.
