Break lose upon VTEC?

Are you at WOT and near or engaging into VTEC? if not, then that would probably explain it.
also have to consider environment such as the ground, the elevation, etc... and mine I would say is less than 30%

More like 15% on the middle, 18% on the sidewall.

i am, ground is like 30 degrees, elevation is about see level. environment is winter? parking lot?

Well, there have been plenty of stories about people getting their car straight from the dealership and finding it terribly misaligned. There is no need for an alignment just because you replace the tires, but thats not to say it may not have needed one even before.
