Attach the inside pins first, the outside ones are elastic so they'll give, always close your trunk first so you don't scratch the trunk.

Besides the dirt you save the car looks a hell of a lot better with the boot on, who wants to look at the underside of your top??? It's worth the 60 seconds it takes to put on.

 

by the way it folds falt as a pancake! i can pack my trunk and still have room for the top.
