Default Convertible wind???

I'm thinking of buying an S2k and being taller 6 2" I was wondering if their was anything that helped with the wind at higher speeds. I have driven in several s2k and felt the wind was a little much at higher speeds. Do those windblockers help much? Any advice would be great? Thanks!!

I don't find the wind to be too bad unless I am passing an 18 wheeler or being passed by one (under 100 mph).

I find the windblocker ineffective.

Compared to other convertibles I've driven, there really isn't a lot of wind to deal with in the S2000. You are taller than me, however.

I'd suggest maybe a hat or something.

I have plastic wind blockers in the head rest and a large size plexi glass wind blocker that replaces the stock one. It doesnt help much, windows up is best.

If some made a mesh wind blocker it would work better.

I am 6'4" and I don't think it is too much. I have only taken one long highway trip though and I kept the top up, but I keep the top don't when I just jump on the highway and it is fine for short periods of time. Long trips, top up definately...

you can lower the seats by getting new brackets.

I'm also 6"2 and find the wind is annoying at anything over 50mph or so but not unbearable. It's a lot better with the windows up. I personally wouldn't buy an aftermarket blocker as I think they look awful, I wish someone would make a proper mesh one like MaxGeek says.

Wind blowin through your hair is what putting the top down is all about.
