What have you done to an S2000 related vendor that would make the vendor say you sucked?
Replace the trim on custom floor mats. In my defense there was some questionable stitching in a couple of places.

I work at Honda. In the parts department. I know customers suck.

We have a big sign that says THE PRICE IS THE PRICE right next to our computer, yet we still get assholes trying to haggle.
Customers suck because you're marking up the prices past retail?

When I was in Chicago, I watched them gouge a poor little old lady on OEM parts. When it was my turn, I asked... why are the prices 2x retail? The parts manager was sheepish and said it was to cover overhead.

Who sucks?

At my current Honda dealership, I have a standing discount on parts and labor because I have so much stuff done. If they hadn't cut the price, I'd take my business to an independent mechanic and buy my parts online from majestic.

My favorite is when a vendor takes time to answer questions, provide information etc about a product they sell, and then the customer buys it off Ebay to save $11.82.
+1, i hate that, but i can't say i haven't done it myself

I have an account and a discount I buy so much.

I had a customer once that I called and talked to for about 30 mins and I anwsered all kinds of question, some our products and others about the car in general. Then when I was closing the call, I asked his name. He said he would not give me his name. I was like WTF? I talked to you for hours and you will not give me your name? I just wanted to know how I spent the last 30 mins talking to, I want said Good Bye <insert his name here>. I felt so used at the end of it.

Why can't s2ki vendors show the price of the items they are trying to sell? Instead, they ask the prospective buyer to PM them for a price. I never understood that rationale. I would hate it if every department store required me to ask them what the price was before I bought it.

Well this is not something that we do, but I do know why other have to. Sometimes the manufactures will only allow them to advertise a price of X, but they are allowed to sell it for whatever they want. If they want to sell it for less then X, they can, they just can't post it or advertise it.

because most of the vendors here sales higher than others...

u want proof, i can show u the proof..

and also i am telling u..
i own a handbag retailing store, as for customers, yes most of them suck, but remember , no matter suck customers or what, u need them all, if u don't like what u doing for living , close ur buss and go home, do what ever tha FacK you want..

as for vendors, i do suck on some customers too, but still have to take customer's headaches , because they are the one who spend money.

also as for some vendors here ( not u, but here)
i made an order of CF j's racing type's kit through 1 of the vendors here, it took me 1 Facking year to get it. ( they told me 4-8 weeks) .

and not long ago, i made an order of an exhaust from another one of the vendors here, paid roughly $100 higher than www.jhbusa.com.
because they told me it was in stock, since my car is sc'ed and need to get a tune as quickly as possible, so i will rather paid $100 more to get it faster.
but so far been almost a week now, still haven't ship it.

and also customers here, if u want to buy something over the internet or from vendors here.. remember to use ur VISA or Mastercard, don't use paypal with ur bank account, because it's pain on the @$$ to get money back.

GOOD LUCK ALL.

sorry, but bitter internet vendors, you need customers way more than we need you, so you are stuck with us.

with all the business you get here in the form of free referrals and positive feedback, you can deal with the couple guys who air dirty laundry occasionally.

I completely agree. If it wasn't for the pain in the ass customers you would probably be out of a job!
