This debate can be settled on Best Motoring when the J's, Amuse, or any other tuning houses S2000s go against a CR. We'll see then who is quicker.
is this make any sense?

Regarding the base model (not the CR): Will there be changes in 2008? Anybody know?

I just read a magazine about the spoon S2000.

It have 260hp and 188 lb ft
weigh 2400lbs (2865lb stock) that over 400lbs lighter. they say the car is lighter dude to the engine mod by replacing with lighter component and other stuff etc.
a few millimeter lower and better suspension.

the magazine say if you want that done to your call Spoon up and give them like 10grand to do that to your car and 10grand more for the body kit (i'm not fond of).

so you looking an 20grand extra which make the car total up to 40 to 50grand.
if only engine mod than 44grand. which is why Honda doesn't want to do that I guess.

hahahahhaha

but yea...I mean I'll take the car with 260hp and 188lb ft and leave all the weight n suspension for about the same price as the CR then yea...

No,

2003 was the Last year for the Real S2000.

2004 and up should be a S2200, but to save $$$$$ Honda used the old S2000 emblems.

WoooHooo I read all 56 pages today, I feel..., like a sad person, maybe a legitamate plea to AHM representatives by our fearless leaders would be best in order to change or further affect the outcome of this beloved vehicle.

Simplier body modifications
if possible more hp
maybe a lower yet proven suspension

Add or delete so as to send a more structured outlook as to what most s2k owners want. It could work ya never know.

I got a press release document and a press kit (pictures and video) from honda today at the New York auto show.. Ill type it all in tomorrow and ill try to upload some video...It says for editorial use only all over it. It took about 20 minutes of smooth talking the lady behind the desk to give me her copy!
