I may well be up for the road trip, if I have already sold the 06 S for a CR I'll fly over, got plenty of places to crash in Cali

The CR is basically exactly what I was hoping for if BC's info stays accurate.

Honda for bringing a better version of the car out.

Thanks for sharing BC!

Can't wait till we get the official info and pics!

I wonder how easily obtainable CR parts will be? I know there will be some things on the CR that I would like to incorporate in my S.

Watch...a day before the car is to be released in fall, they scale back the CR....I can see it happening knowing how conservative AHM is (think the lack of CTR, Accord Type R, etc.).

screw the Mugen top, I hope the CR has the Mugen Multivision Meter

If it does, that would explain why Mugen/MTEC was extremely upset when I got a hold of this unit
That's a pretty good knock-off. Who makes that; Alex, Rota?

That's no booth....that's g-damn pavillion.

BTW, I'm betting they'll be putting up their new Pilot, Odyssey, Accords, and Ridgeline Sport as showcase in the pavillion.

The S2200 will be outshined again....btw, I sure hope they rebadge the car correctly: S2200 CR.

Will the reduced weight be enough to make up for a lack of HP? I don't see 100-150lbs making a huge difference on this car.

Also if they are going for more down force the benefits of weight reduction will be lost at higher speeds anyway.

This model seems to be an attempt at giving the tuner community a better building base. I'd also like to know the % of the people interested in this car who would actually track the car vs. making it a show piece.
