I still maintain that tossing inanimate objects from the car are the best deterrent to tailgaters

not for me. most cars are going slower and if they are faster i will move over.

I always drive two car lengths at least bhind the vehicle in front--not a popular style in Orlando where everyone on the interstates think they are drafting at a NASCAR race--so vehicles sometimes tailgate me, but it's never bothered me.

In these days of high gas prices, highway drafting is a must

Seriously though, I find that if I leave that much room, someone, from another lane, cuts in front of me to fill it. The S has great brakes for your normal stop and go. And it's so small that the average soccer mom doesn't even know that you're tailgating.

If I'm getting tailgated by someone, I'll just give them a blast of Invidia to the eardrums.
