Pinky: Try the transmission oil change with OEM Honda MTF without doing anything else. Keep the old oil for analysis.

At first I passed off the first 3 grinds as my own error but then one day it seemed to lock and would grind at ALL rpm's with fast or slow shifts/ rev matching or not. But then the next day it was fine . . . go figure

Mines going to FL for the work, they have done quite a few by now.
