Gas Mileage
In mixed urban driving I get between 20-26 mpg, depending an how frisky the S wants to be. But on the interstate -- even averaging 85 mph -- I consistently get between 30-34 mpg. The hwy speed doesn't seem to make much difference in the mileage.
You have to fill up at 160-200? Yikes. That just makes me miss my Civic even more. 160 was half tank and for the car to be fully empty it was 320 miles. Ahh....oh well. I just wish gas prices would go down soon.
I've been getting 21-22mpg with 100 percent city driving. I've gotten 24mpg with 70/30 (city to highway) and with hard driving on my weekend cruises and all city driving during the week I get 22-24mpg.
I've gotten 26-27mpg with 100 percent highway driving (80-85mph cruise, some short stints of higher speeds).
I usually go between 220-270 miles per tank and I end up only filling 9.5-11 gallons during fill ups.

On a recent trip from south GA to Columbus, MS, with mixed driving along sate roads through small towns, I averaged about 28mpg. I got 310 miles to a tank and put 11 gallons in it. Around town I get about 220-230 miles per tank.
