hardtop installation question--

Forgive me guys but WHY would anybody want to put a hardtop on this beautiful car??

Isn't having the top down with the engine screaming at 9000 revs and the hair blowing through your hair a mandatory daily experience with the S2K?

Hey no offense guys - I am just assuming that the hardtop is for winter/bad weather driving. I live in LA so I wouldn't know

This one's been beaten to death too. For every hardtop out there, there is a slightly different legitimate reason why.

I don't understand what you are talking about. The seller of my oem hardtop installed the top in less than 10 minutes with my help. We did not remove any hardware . We used the existing hardware at the front of the roof to lock top in place and the hardtop had spikes in the rear which aided us in locking down the top at the rear. The top was then securely tightend .

According to Evasive Motorsports thread, they charge $100 for oem or mugen hardtop installation. So I would assume an experienced shop would only take about 2 hours at the most to install it.
