Man! That sucks... I had my Honda badges ripped off from my civic before when I parked my car way back at the mall... but I did not intentionally park so far back but the parking lot was full. I now park my car way up front no matter where I go. I cannot stand hater... (dont want to say I hate them beccause that makes me a "reverse hater"?)

 

Here's how it works,

You FILE A POLICE REPORT and say you want to press charges. They hand it over to an investigator. The investigator calls the owner of the car and the owner says "It was not me. Never been there." They tell you "There is nothing we can do." This takes at least a month and you have to pester them. You get a copy of the police report which now has the owners name and address on it.

What you do from there is your call.

i know I was when I parked my car with the top down for 10 minutes whiel i ran into work to check my schedule. When I came back in, my car was on fire. So asshoels dropped a molotv cocktail into my car and set the passenger side ablaze.

Insurance covered it all, but there was no way to find the rednecks who did it to me. Oh well, in the end they did me a huge favor. I got new seats, and an upgrade to the 02+ top not to mention something else ahem4.77gearsahem

 

Just wondering, besides withnesses, does the mall have security cameras? When you get your hands on the tapes, the bastard will have a very hard time denying his involvement of it.
