I will let the Pres. or other upper management of Vortech know that people are having problems with there customer service via e-mail next week.

Vortech's post-sale customer service does indeed leave A LOT to be desired. Speaking from first-hand experience here.

They do respond to phone calls, but as x pointed out it just doesn't make sense for him in this case.

At Fall Color 04, Comptech sent director of product development. We had nice long Q/A session. Which btw was enough reasons for me to go with Comptech produts. They have been involved in Honda racing programs.

Comptech gets my bad props!

I just want to let you guys all know that since this thread went up, I have been sent many, many PMs with offers of help. This has been most heart-warming. One such member has offered to give me his flex hose from his kit as he is not using it. All he wants is the cost of shipping. This is most generous.
