How do you remove the guage cluster trim??

How do you remove the guage cluster trim??
I am trying to remove the trim that goes around the guages....you know the piece that the audio and climate controlls are attached to. Does anyone know how to get it out?? I can get it most of the way out, but then the wiper/lights controlls get in the way along with the steering wheel. Does anyone have a good step by step or picture or anything?? Thanks in advance!
