It was presumptuous of me to assume a rough median and set it as absolute. My apologies. Here is an apologetic muffin.

Give 'em both negative reps, Gigdy! Oh, damn.......
a negative rep for voicing an opinion on an open forum.......
Now was I even speaking to you? Speaking of you, yes. To you, no.

It's a joke, dude. It was for Gigdy's amusement.

Perhaps it would be easier if you actually pay for it first? You'll get a little metal thing called a "key" that should open that pesky door right up.

well I read all these three pages and the guy haven't open the car yet. It could be, it would be a very strange concidence that both door have the inside lock broke due to the cold temperatures. It's a plastic piece that is attach behind the lock inside the car. It happen to me on the driver door. No matter what I did the door didn't open. The fob and keys were working but the inside lock didn't move. I did open the passenger door and then open open the door from inside. Order the the plastic piece and viola!

But two doors at the same time??? I doubt it

I attached the negitive lead to a solid earth point(boot lid striker) , i then popped out the trunk light and removed the bulb. I then attached the positive lead to the positive wire and the central locking was able to draw enough power to open the locks to the passenger compartment...

Maybe this might help you unlock your car if the key does not work in the door...

Note: do not turn on the ignition on anything else withthe battery pack like this.. as soon as you open the door, jump start the usual way.
i tried connecting the battery charger to trunk light..i left it 1 day charging and try to unlock after 1 day and i still cant unlock it..probably the wire from trunk light is too tiny to be able to charge battery...

i don't want to brake into my car and causing damage on it... I will try to open the hood somehow to reach battery and replace it. Today i managed to put my hand into front fender and reach the lock..i can see the lock but i don't know how to open it..

Does anybody have technical picture of lock of the front hood or maybe someone already tried to do this so i can get a picture how to open it by hand?

Thx, br

Anyone still buying that the locks are frozen?

Anyone but me and a couple of others now thinking that this thread is fishing for ways to break in to an S??
