6'6" but 195 lbs. so that may make a difference? I get in as normal, backside into the seat from outside. As I pull my right leg in, I remove my shoe and place it toe under the seat. Then the left leg while leaning to the right. Remove the other shoe and place it with the first. Keep the radio door closed or it will cut into your knee. Seat all the way back and upright. You will be snug, but the car is worth it. Taken several long drives and I'm fine. I can acturally extend my legs fully forward if I put my feet beyond the pedals. Not good form, but with cruise control on, a quick stretch is nice. The passenger side is smaller though. You wouldn't want to be the passenger for a long ride. Your knees are up against the dashboard as you don't have the room to put your feet under. But riders of normal size say they are amazed at the room they have. And, after all, the reason we large people love these small cars is the quick and precise agility we don't have due to our size. Truly fantastic once you drive it. You'll feel like a gymnast, stout, low to the ground, and all muscle. It's a blast to drive. I've had it almost a year and it still quickens my heart when I drive it.

That was actually my first thought. I'd like to keep the airbag though, and I like the Honda wheel. The costlier seat swap would bring me under the top of the windscreen. If I'm in the first row at a light, I have to look over the top of the windshield to see the light. With a helmet, I'd never pass inspection. The seat seems like the first option, with the steering wheel second...

I'm 6' even 220 lbs... I have no driver side experience apart from a car show, but the passenger side is comfortable for me... my only problem is seeing out the windshield at lights... I have to do a "turtle head duck" to peeks at the lights. Apart from that, I fit in the car with good clearance. Then again, that's on the passenger side
