Nah, that's just full retard.
Also hard tops are getting stupid now too. At the beginning of summer they were hovering around 3k. Now people are trying to creep them to 4k; I've seen one for $3,800 and another for 4k....I'm wagering by this time next year they're going to be 5k. Lol, people are out of control. And those weren't for the more rare & desirable colors like BB or LBP/GPW....4k for a Suzuka and I think the other is silver *vomit*

That description is a bit for that price. I would expect a description of pristine for that price. It does include all necessary hardware for the install which is not cheap by itself.
In regards to the market pricing, anyone who is patient and knows what they're looking for can find one for a reasonable price for the condition it's in.

I have bought two of them in the past 6 months. One is an NFR with 3400 miles, and the other is a BB with 5200 miles, both MY2004. Both very clean, and each for $32k. That seems to be what similar examples are going for.

Hard pass. Maybe for closer to 14k. No mention of 10 vins being intact. Fenders and quarters are undoubtedly rolled.
