my friend just blew the motor in his fd rx7 at 50k miles.

Goodluck though
I love when people say things like this but neglect the details, like a home built turbo boosted to 80 psi...

Your car will be worth little or nothing after the swap.Also the whole essense of the S2k
is lost. An opinion....You sound a little agitated or even angry in your posts,think this one out.History shows that cars that are too modified,whether GTOs or Ferraris are not
worth the effort put into them.

Although I may sound critical,I still give you my best wishes.

BTW..The s2k transmission is acclaimed to be about the best

This is interesting in many ways. Please post pics of the progress along with a first start up video. Good luck.

You said your in Germany, what part? I will be there in July. I would like to see this.

I don't mean to step on Popeye's toes, but I have the same request. Please PM me your price for engine, tranny ECU (stock if you have it) and all the electrical connections for the engine if you will not be using them. I would be putting the S drivetrain into an older sports car, so I would need all the electronics that control the engine, which I assume will be of no use to you when you install the rotary.

Love the idea !

Coming from a daily driven '88 Rx7 TurboII for over 5 years, I have faith in your project.

Most cases of blown rotaries I've witnessed results from a lack of knowledge and awareness imo. Mine never gave me trouble aside from guzzling my gas like it was free.

Best of luck and please keep us updated!

So far its:
LSx swap = check
2JZ = check
SR20 = check
13/20B = work in progress

I'd like to see an RB2x swap next!
Don't forget that NSX swap into and S2000. I can't remember if it was C30 or C32.
