Importing s2k from japan?
There are probably lawyers available that you might utilise for an hour or so that could advise you on all paperwork and the precautions you may need to take with a transaction like this. The cost wouldn't be that great considering the total money at risk and would be a tremendous load off your mind knowing that you are at least going about it the right way.
