Well, I'd first go over to ricks2k and order their premium carpet replacement.

Then I'd go over to ebay and search for s2000 seats for sale.

In NJ, its actually illegal to pump your own gas.
Muz makes some great floormats too! I had a set in my '01 that I loved. Finally got around to ordering some premium ones for my '04 tonight.

Same situation in the state of Oregon.

I understand that it takes decades of rigorous training to learn how to pump gas... but not being able to pump gas in my own car is un-American. Not that I'm a flag-wavin' jingoist or anything.

It really annoyed me how in Oregon everyone wanted to 'top off the tank' when they pumped my gas, even when I explicitly requested for them not to. I guess they must've missed the 'gas expansion section' of their certification process. Or maybe they just want to sell me a few more

Hopefully your insurance will cover the damage, this would be the best way to go. As for suing the gas station...it may be a stretch proving the pump stuck and wasn't just a bad accident (operator error).

I would think that due to the car being doused in gasoline as well as stitos2k himself being soaked in gasoline, would be sufficient in establishing negligence toward the owner of the gas station.

Sounds like a pretty bad accident to me. Accident or not, the owner of the gas station is responsible for the pumps and equipment.
