Ahhh super duper - I will get this done tomorrow, my latch is starting to rattle and I am going on a date in two days time... I want to hear her voice no the rattle , heheh

Wow, thanks for the bump. My S does this intermittently.

There are also a few other clunks coming from behind me, but I think that might be stuff moving around in the secret compartment. SF's roads blow.

I actually drove with the top up this past weekend due to the heat and five straight days driving with the top down over a 1500 mile trip. I finally noticed what you guys called the rattle. Now I know how to fix it just in case I ever have to drive with the top up again. Thanks.

Go to Home Depot or Lowes and get some grey or black foam weatherstripping. It comes in a roll of varying widths. I got more than I'll ever need for about 4 bucks.

Im sure that would work as well. I just fixed mine w/ cut up strips of mousepad.
