I've always wanted an S2000 and will be getting one soon ;but for someone to call it a beater,they would at least be driving a Ferrari or Lamborgini to call an S2000 a beater.

He has been VERY mature about this whole matter that has gone on too long and too far. If you have an S2k, and you are frequently on here, you are more than likely a CAR lover, not just an S2k fan. He has not disrespected our cars, after explaining what he meant by "beater". To me, he is a car fan, who wants something different than what he already has. There is nothing wrong with having camaros, corvettes, mustangs, or any other performance car. They are all different in their own way, and cater to different people. Why bother with the immature bashing of other's tastes and likes? Welcome to the board, and good luck with your search for the perfect daily driver!

please do run an ip check, I am only logged on with this one screen name... i did post my frustrating experience on this board on the ls1 boards..... and needless to say some of the comments above which are not what I could call mature ruffled a few feathers...

plus the comments that an lt1 camaro is faster than an s2000 is somewhat "controversial"....


Time will tell, all that has really changed from my posting here is that I am looking for an 02 or newer S2000 after reading the changes made
