This afternoon, when I parked the car on the hill. Then the manintance required light went flashing... Then I check what is wrong with my car.... The car still drive as good as it was.... no light is broken.. I didn't feel any difference... and after restarted the engine... it went off in a few seconds. So anybody has any idea what that is? or.. what?? or anyone had this problem before?

 

It's like a built in timer. It's telling you that you should go in for an oil change soon. If you do a search you can find out how to reset it. It's also in your owners manual.
Nothing to worry about.

 

Did you check the owners manual? It means, it is time for an oil change.

Yep, its basically a light that reminds you that a service is coming up.( See Page 49 of the manual.) This indicator light starts to blink at 6000 miles from the previous reset, and will stay lit after 7500. Dealer will reset it when you do a service, OR you can reset it after you do the service.

 

Thanks guys.... then I think I should do another oil change again.... sigh~~ did the first time at 3500... it is now 6000... I thought I have 1000 miles more to go.. It is ok, since I got too many bottles of oil!! peace~
