the question is, do YOU think it will be overkill? do what makes you happy. seriously, we're just a bunch of people on the internet. you have to look at the car everyday.

As Alex S stated, what matters is do "you" think it would be too much!

For myself, I tend to avoid red in car's like the S2000 because I tend to percieve them, whether anyone else does or not, as cop magnets. Having said that, if Honda would put that red/black interior in the NFR S2000 that they do in the Silverstone and Sebring colors, I would find it VERY VERY hard to pass up. I do like the S2000 in red, it compliments the car very well, but I think the red/black interior would be the icing on the cake and look rrreeeaaaallllll good!

Drive Safe,
Steve R.

Yes! I mean yes do it - it would not be overdone. There is no such thing as too much red.

Have you considered Wet Okole seat covers? You can get them in solid red, red/black, or any other color they sell. They're made of wetsuit material which makes them nice and cool on bare skin. They're washable, and much less expensive than replacing the seats. And your leather seats will be protected and last longer.

Note: the picture makes them look a little pink, but in real life they're a nice bright red and look great on the car.
