At least you didn't just break off a bolt in your block...

 

I use my friends impact screwdriver. You put the bit in the screw, turn the handle the way you want the screw to go (the handle has a spring in it) and hit the end of it lightly with a hammer. They all came out easily. After I did this I was thinking about the saying, "the right tool for the right job".

 

If I did that, I don't know what i'd throw
