Second gear hard to find sometimes weather shifting up or down
if anybody has an answer it will be apreciated......

My car is normally like this when it's not warmed up. After about a mile, it's smooth shifting.

I understand the S2000 has triple synchro mesh cones on 1st and 2nd gears. Honda take the view that a slight 'notchy' feeling is normal. If the car is new I'd see how it feels after a few more miles

Always make sure you press the clutch ALL the way down when shifting into second, it still may feel notchy, but it does better after it warms up and as the car breaks in.

And yes it has a lot to do with Practice.

And you should NOT be revving hard since it is new. But once you are redlining you may find the synchros need a split second of constant pressure before it drops into second. Do a search here on "2nd gear grind" and you'll see what I mean.
