PPG is to auto glass what FRAM is to oil filters; garden variety. Don't stress it. If your windshield is cracked or broken just call up Joe's auto glass and get it replaced. They'll even come to your house or office and do it for you right there. The new glass is way better and you won't have the same problems. 2 years into my replacement and it looks like new. I'm just saying don't get bent about it and demand OE glass because the OE glass sucks! The only way you can screw it up is to be picky. Just let the glass guys do their thing.

 

funny you bring this up. mine just got replaced today. the guy came to my work and put it on. i had the car for 3 months and it cracked.
