Thats crazy, I say that because my 2000 has 46k miles and I'd easily take 15. I must live in the wrong side of the US.

 

I'd say the hardtop would add at least 1500 to the price.

 

Hello everyone.
First post here at S2KI. I am about to buy my first s2000, and am excited as ever.
I've been looking for a 2004 or 2005 so that I can get an AP2 without dbw.

I found:

2004 GP White S2000
53,000 miles. All stock. From pictures, it looks to be in very good condition.
The only negative is a big rip in the soft top, which was repaired, but is still clearly visible.

The seller's price is $18,500.

What does everyone think??? Thanks!!

front end has been repainted and the mods are imo depreciating the value. If he's got all the stock parts and the top/motor/trans are healthy I'd say 12k IF the respray was not due to an accident. Otherwise you're looking 10-11k. Need more pics of the interior and such.

 

$18,500 is a great price if the top was not so clearly damaged. How "big" is the "big rip"

What you guys expect to pay for this private party? what were issues with early model AP1's? Did '01 have clutch buzz too?
