Is this worth it if I get them down to &15500??

Today I'm looking at an 2004 Berlina Black s2000. I haven't seen it in person yet obviously but from the pictures it looks like its well kept.
71,000k which makes me a tiny bit nervous because I was looking for lower mileage.
All stock except for an intake (don't know what kind) and the radio.
$16,000
Also I live in NY so I've noticed our prices are little higher than average...
KBB tells me $13,200 ?

Bridgewater acura seems to find all the nice s2000s across the country and jack up the price. Unfortunately they actually do end up buying and selling a lot if these.
I was interested in a 05 with 30000 miles on it. Car was clean and the best that they could do was 23500. I was almost about to comment and was running some final #s. They were about to charge a $400 doc fee. I had enough and walked out. They called me back a couple of times but I didn't want to do business with them. Shady tactics.
I ended up buying a 05 with 23000 miles for 22500. Single owner and was in mint condition. This was at a honda dealership.
Be patient and don't drop a ton of extra money. Good example will show up.

What does everyone think about this car?
2008 Chicane Silver with 59k miles for 23k

I'm having it transferred to Austin to take a look. Definitely has some imperfections, but a good S2k is so hard to find right now...

Hey guys, first timer here.
Input on this car? I've inquired for more details such as service history, clarification regarding the "2.2L" claim on a 2003, etc.

edit:
OK so I found out the front and rear bumpers have been repaired. The owner was rearended which pushed him forward, causing damage on both front and rear. The repair work is supposedly excellent but I'm a bit put off by the accident history. Then again, I'm looking at a 94k mile car and I don't expect it to be 100% perfect. I plan on driving the thing, not keeping it in a showroom. Still, I think that probably detracts from the value. Any input on the price point?

I might pull the trigger on this car:
2006 Suzaka Blue with 13,000 miles on it. CarMax is selling it for $24,600.
It's in Southern California so it might not be as cheap as elsewhere in the country, and its CarMax so there's probably a premium there too.
What do you guys think?
