- clear rear plastic window
- driver seat bolster looks fine
- new Mich. tires
- car never sat for more than 3 months at a time with out a light cruise.

What you guys expect to pay for this private party? what were issues with early model AP1's? Did '01 have clutch buzz too?
Very interested, just worried since it seems too good to be true.

1. Banjo bolts
2. Axle nuts
3. Oil consumption
This car looks good as well. Not sure if it is priced right. Do 06 GPW sell that high?

I saw a Craigslist ad for 2005 in GPW with tan interior. Has 155,xxx miles on it with "small blemishes for its age" and he is asking $9,800. He says it has a clean title with a clean Autocheck history report. He also says he's a private dealer (whatever that means) but he's been using it as a personal vehicle for the past 8 months.
It's not what I'm looking for but for that price it is kind of tempting.

I would try to shoot for no more than $25000 but since it's coming from a dealer, I'm not so sure they'll come down that much. Offering something like $24000 might be a good starting point, then move up from there but $25000 would be my limit.
New to s2ki, looking to purchase an S2000 in the near future. Some help on the pricing of this AP2:
2005 AP2: Suzuka Blue
87k Miles
Bone Stock
Clean Title in hand
Guy says its mechanically perfect and there aren't any imperfections or blemishes on the exterior. I haven't seen the car but plan on seeing it soon.
His price on the listing is 15500. This seems a bit low, but any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.

What about this one? Is it priced right? 2002 Sebring Silver, red interior and 76k.

ok so after losing out on 2 great deals, here is my 3rd attempt:
2006 LBP AP2
-4,000 miles (yes 4,000 miles)
-Clean title
- everything works fine
-2 owners 1 of which was a lease
-Florida only and supposedly garaged its entire life.
asking $29,500. that seems pretty high but he said he could come down a little but no low ball offers. What do you think would be a fair price because KBB shows $25,550 but i know he not going for that price lol.
