One weak windshield!!!
I found that I was always impatient and so I was always following too closely so that I could pass a car on the two lane roads.
Well, the other day, I was following behind a truck and noticed that if I stayed the recommended 1 car length for each ten miles an hour; the stones would settle to the ground and only strike the front bumper at about 2 inches up or less.
So I have modified my driving to stay behind everyone the proper distance, until I can get a good run to pass them.
No more stones, nicks, rocks and dust hitting the windshield!

If we are getting chips in our windshield only after four or five thousand miles, enough to be bothersome when driveing... shouldn't the warranty cover the replacement?
I have 3000 miles and I start to see a bunch of small chips...

Yellow S2000- Outstanding photo in your Bio, anyone I know? As for the trash can in the background it is definitely keeping up with "board standards". I keeping waiting for my glass to get wacked but it hasn't yet (knock on wood). Lots of crap on the raod here for 2002 Olympics construction. My '93 Jeep when without a scratch for 4 years...here in Utah I've been through 4 windshields in four years.
