i dont think FI is going to do much for you esp under vtec. gears helped for me.

if anyone cares, i installed CR suspension on my AP2. The response and stiffness is improved. when doing tight turns, the body lean is greatly reduced. the ride is rougher, but not bad at all compared to stock. imo, honda should only use the CR suspension. and this, way, you get to keep your convertible top.
Thank you for feedback on the CR suspension!
I'm getting closer and closer to install.....but I want
to go CR with the Whiteline FSB.....

can I ask?...what gear are you running now?
thanks!

i used to have front sway bars, but it made my car push which sucked a lot more than being able to swing out the rear so i would be careful with stiffening the front.

again, im very happy with the Cr suspension.

im using the rick's 4.56 gears which made a big time improvement in acceleration and response. the negatives of it are higher rpm while freeway cruising, a gear whine around 55mph. some people report worse mpg, but i didn't experience that. if you drive fwy a lot, you might not way to do it.

i actually like the 370z. we could use big ass 19 inch wheels like they have.

I didn't like them at first but now I love them, the interior is really nice too. I love the cluster in it. And its pretty damn fast too. My only gripe with the s2k is the same as the OP's. The car isn't slow, but if could DEF have used a little power bump in the 9 years it was out.

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but what could help with the feel of straight line acceleration is gears.. the 4.10 kind of sucks balls.

How many gears are you guys shifting to get to 60mph and stay within the red line? This is not a great feat of driving skill nor does it require special talent IMO of course.
what an ignorant comment.

I agree with the revews. Acceleration and torque are missing. However, the lack of these attributes is overcome by practical use as a car that can be driven on most days and doesn't cost a mortgage payment to keep running.

^ Truth.

The chassis is so nice so all it really needs is mid 350whp and it would be an all around great well balanced sports car.

Some cars come with great power but a not so great chassis.

You have to love evos for that reason. Its an awesome package.

350 whp would completely destroy the balance of the car.
